Health Link care Services Ltd, is a Limited company aimed at addressing health and wellbeing within the community and empowering individuals who experience isolation, exclusion, or loneliness because of being affected by ageing, infirmities, or long-term ill health. Health Link also works in partnership with a Consortium of Health Care Providers to address Health and Wellbeing within the community and to expand to individuals living with a wide range of health conditions through domiciliary care.
Health Link Care Services Ltd, also work with various organisations with the objective of promoting ways in which individuals who feel socially isolated and socially excluded, can interact, and participate within the community. Health Link Care Services Ltd also work in partnership through our training arm with community groups and organisations to promote community development and cohesion through learning, social interaction, skills training, and development. We also promote training for those who are excluded because of lack of education, social integration through language skills training and development. We also work with organisations to promote work-based learning and training for staff and volunteers who would like to develop or further enhance knowledge and skills to benefit themselves in competently undertaking tasks and roles within their organisations.
